September 22 & 23, 2012
11:00 am-5:00 pm (rain or shine)

 

Celebrate the amazing annual migration of birds above Audubon Greenwich’s hawk counting site. The 2-day event will include live ‘birds of prey’ shows (1 & 3 pm), wild bird releases (4 pm), live animal exhibits, kids games, bird ID lessons, and much more. Also, visit dozens of eco-friendly vendors and enjoy great food, too.

A family-friendly, green-themed celebration of the amazing raptor migration occurring above the Audubon Greenwich center each Autumn. This fun fundraising event feature kids’ activities, organic and local foods, eco-friendly businesses, and of course, the famous live birds of prey shows at 1 & 3 pm. This year the presenters will be Bill & Brian Robinson (Sat.) and Talons: A Bird of Prey Experience (Sun.). Then at 4:00 PM, Wildlife in Crisis will release rehabilitated raptors that they have nursed back to health. Don’t miss this weekend of fun!

All ages welcome. Ages 3 & under FREE! $10 for non-members and $7 for current, new, or renewing Audubon members. (Audubon membership is only $35 per family and will be available at the Festival Gate).
