“Six Artists in the Garden” Exhibit opens at Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens  

Opening Night - Thursday, September 27th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Meet the artists, enjoy a free wine & cheese reception, and view the beautiful pieces in this exhibit.

The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens is pleased to welcome a new exhibit, “Six Artists in the Garden,” inspired by local artists who donated their time to paint en plein air during the arboretum’s Spring Garden Tour.   

The show includes pieces by painter, photographer and sculptress Karen Heffner, Ilse Gordon whose art has been on the cover of Greenwich Magazine and displayed in the lobby of the Empire State Building, and Kathie Milligan, an internationally recognized multi-media artist, painter and printmaker. Additionally, local artist Mary Louise Long, Heather Sandifer whose work is particularly inspired by the natural world, and landscape painter Deborah Pierce Bonnell complete the ensemble of notable artists.

 “Six Artists in the Garden” is open to the public Monday through Sunday from 10:00am – 4:00pm and runs until November 5th
