Paul Newman and renowned chef Michel Nischan have teamed up to create healthy, sustainable food using local, organic and heirloom ingredients. Adjacent to the Westport Playhouse, the newcomer is flooring even the toughest of critics with entrees like chicken & dumplings that will change your life and beef kettle pot roast (get the side of mashed potatoes to go with it!). They even roast meats in the fireplace during the colder months. For dessert, the hot chocolate soup with homemade marshmallows garnished with a chocolate leaf is heavenly. Full-service bar.
