Moffly Media presented the 6th annual Light a Fire Awards on Thursday, November 7th. Attendees celebrated thirteen of our community’s nonprofit and philanthropic leaders. Held at Westport Country Playhouse, the evening was dynamically hosted by James Naughton.
An elegant cocktail reception attracting over 200 guests preceded the awards ceremony. Guests enjoyed hor’doeuvres and desserts catered by Marcia Selden Catering & Event Planning. Nestle Waters, Tanduay Asian Rum, and Vintage Fine Wines provided beverages, cocktails, and wine. Winston Flowers adorned the venue with festive floral arrangements, and DJ Kunjan arranged the music for the awards ceremony.
The event was made possible by presenting sponsor George N. Venizelos, Managing Director of Investments, Wells Fargo Advisors. A portion of the evening’s ticket proceeds went to the Fairfield County Community Foundation.
