Fairfield County's Top Fitness Centers

12 places to fight the bulge and get in shape

Let me guess, getting into that size two dress hiding in the back of your closet is on the top of your New Year’s resolution list. Don’t worry — you’re not alone. In fact, losing weight is the number one New Year’s resolution as well as the most commonly broken one. Just 8% of people actually achieve their New Year’s goals, according to research by the University of Scranton.

We get it, fighting the bulge is hard. But it’s a lot easier when you find a gym you love, which is why we have searched far and wide for the top gyms in Fairfield County. As we enter the second month of the year (and our recovery from those not-so-healthy Super Bowl snacks!), don't give up hope. Goals can be achieved with small steps, beginning at a fitness center that fits your needs.
