| Preparation: |
- Chop onions and garlic.
- Melt butter in a large heavy pot over medium-low heat; add onions and garlic and cook until softened. Add vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, brown sugar and hot sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper and stir until well combined.
- Add turkey breast (cavity-side down) and ham hock, cover and cook over simmering heat for 2 hours. Simmer until meat can be shredded off the bones.
- Remove meat to a cutting board and shred meat into pieces, discarding bones. Add meat back to sauce, taste for salt pepper and hot sauce and continue simmering with cover.
- Serve with kaiser rolls and cole slaw, on top of the meat or to the side.
