Ingredients:
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of hazelnut liqueur
  • 2 cups of whipped cream, unsweetened
Preparation:
  1. Place egg yolks, sugar and liqueur and cream in a heat-resistant double boiler bowl.
  2. Whisk vigorously over boiling water for about 10 minutes or until foamy (careful not to overcook and scramble eggs).
  3. Divide into 4 cups and garnish with fresh strawberries or any preference of berries.
