Put a new twist on classic soups! Taste a variety of ingredients while Certified Home Chef Paula Nusslein demonstrates how to use them in a broth-based soup, and pair fruits and vegetables for delicious pureed soups. Freezing and make-it-light tips will be offered, as will tastings of all recipes. A handout covering all materials and recipes will be provided. Class ends with a group discussion and homework; students will also receive a 10% discount for Cooks Nook in Norwalk.
Prepayment for this class is required by 12:00pm on Thursday, March 13th. A minimum enrollment of 10 students is required to run this class.
