As part of its goal to continue on the success of 2012 among its business partners, community residents and visitors, the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber) is beginning the New Year with an inaugural series of “Women’s Round Table Discussion & Luncheons.” Based on the momentum of last fall’s “Working Women’s Luncheon,” the new bi-monthly series will alternate with the Chamber’s Leadership Luncheons.
The first will take place on Thursday, January 31 at HSBC, 19 Post Road East, in Westport. Networking and lunch will begin at noon, and the presentations, followed by Q&A will begin promptly at 12:30. Moja Café, the event sponsor, will provide a unique and delicious lunch. The fee for each Leadership Luncheon is $15 for members and $25 for future members. To register, or for additional information, contact 203-227-9234 or visit http://westportchamber.com/events/chamber-events
“Healthy Living = Healthy Business!” is the theme of the first of the spring series. Three local health and wellness experts will lead a discussion on how attendees can remember to put their health first and, by doing so, grow their businesses, support and empower their employees and develop a more balanced and rewarding home and personal life. Geri Zatcoff, owner of Zatcoff Wellness, Michelle Weir, Regional Director of Arbonne International and Kim Beaumont, owner of DownUnder are the guest speakers.
