PAWS, a no-kill shelter in Norwalk, is celebrating their 50th Anniversary with an outdoor festival at Taylor Farm Park in Norwalk, CT featuring a Dog Agility Trail, CATastic Tent, training workshops, dog make-overs, a special tent for single pet lovers looking to meet a partner, adoptable dogs, autograph signings, radio controlled boat racing, and more.
