Kid's Summer Cooking Camp

Session 1: June 9 – June 13
Session II: June 23 – June 27
Session III: July 14 – July 18
Session IV: August 11 – August 15
3:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Minimum age 8
Cost: $295 per week session
or $65 per class*
*Kids may take any number of classes within the session

Monday – Island Paradise
Menu:
- Tropical Smoothies
- Homemade Corn Tortillas and Pupusas
- Coconut Rice and Vegetables
- Shrimp and Papaya Salad

Tuesday – Bakery Bash
Menu:
- First, a quick rise yeast bread, then on to the sweets…
- Make your own cake to frost and decorate the official
pastry chef style!
- We will utilize techniques of piping frosting, making
pastry flowers, rolling fondant and writing with chocolate.

Wednesday – Magical Mystery Tour
Menu:
- Swedish Sweet and Sour Meatballs
- Korean Chicken Wings
- New England Crab Cakes
- American Cinnamon Doughnuts

Thursday – Beach Bums
Menu:
- Hamburgers
- Chicken Sausage
- Potato Salad
- S’Mores with Homemade Graham Crackers

Friday – Farmhouse Favorites
Menu:
- Deviled Eggs
- Cheese and Herb Stuffed Chicken Breasts
- Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
- Strawberry Shortcakes
