| Description |
The Loft Artists Association is ushering in the New Year — its 35th as a significant presence in the Fairfield County art world — with an exhibition of work by three new members from Stamford. The show will introduce Claudio Altesor and Barbara Mathis, painters; and Phyllis Sinrich, photographer, who were selected from a large group of applicants in a competitive jurying process that the LAA conducts every other year. An Artist Reception will be held on Friday, January 18 from 6 to 9 pm. “2013/3 New Members” will be on exhibit at the LAA Gallery located at 845 Canal Street in Stamford, CT. Admission and parking are free. Regular Gallery hours are Friday, 6 – 9 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 5 PM. For directions and more information visit www.loftartists.com or call 203-323-4153.
