Ben Kelly, BK Athletics' charismatic owner/founder, and former World Cup Rugby player is passionate about fitness. They train adults and youths in 1 on 1 private training, as well as, small and large group classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING— 1 on 1 private, customized workouts that focus on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
PROGRAMS— Sport Team Conditioning Program: B.E.N. (Balance, Exercise, Nutrition.) focuses on key aspects of athleticism like cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, strength, agility, and flexibility. These sound training practices will get you in shape during the pre-season and keep you in top condition during the season.
GROUP CLASSES— On Ramp Foundations Class (10 person limit) meets 3 days/week in 4 week sessions and are great whether you've been sedentary, generally active or are an elite athlete, as the classes are tailored to your ability. Cross Fit Level 1 class focuses on continuing to develop your strength and general fitness. Cross Fit Level 2 class focuses on intense, rigorous workouts and are invitation only. All newcomers are required to take either private training sessions or the "On Ramp" class prior to joining the Cross Fit group classes to ensure that you get the most out of your training.

Finally once a month their massage therapists will give you a 1 hour massage to help relax your muscles through deep tissue massage and other techniques.
